Yes u r right if your requirement is that data sequence need to change then you have to use vlookup It's totally depend on your situation But after apply this Tricks copy all the data and paste it as paste Special values then apply filter

Nice work but if data change as per requirement, continue each and every time we took advance filter... But in vlookup data change reference data also change... automatically....if vlookup formula use perfectly..
