Ingredient:
Idly 5
Big onion 1
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon (Optional)
Coriander leaf
Water 20 ml
Oil 40 + 20 ml
Process:
1. Heat 40 ml of oil in a pan.
2. Fry idly (5) pieces in medium flame, until turn golden color.
3. Keep it aside.
4. Heat 20 ml of oil in a pan.
5. Add cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon, chopped big onion 1.
6. Sauté well.
7. Add ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon.
8. Sauté until aromatic.
9. Now add chopped tomato 1.
10. Sauté well.
11. Add salt 1/2 teaspoon, chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon, garam masala 1/2 teaspoon.
12. Mix well.
13. Add water 20 ml.
14. Mix well.
15. Now add fried idly and mix well with masala.
16. Add coriander leaf.
17. Chilly Idly is ready to serve.
18. (Optional) add tomato sauce 1 tablespoon.
19. Mix well.
20. Add coriander leaf. Chilly Idly is ready to serve.
