that’s how it’s done. Always be the one asking the questions. That’s how you control the conversation. That’s how u sell. Make it seem like they’re in need of the item not merely wanting the item or even having a small interest in the item. Make it appear as though that without the item, they will be at a disadvantage from others. Create an environment of necessity for that item in your prospective client and your chances of selling go up.

For all the online idiots, which are a lot, here's the thing. He isn't a scammer. He did bad stuff. But those who he did it to were rich people so nobody got wiped out. He paid for his mistakes with both prison AND money. He changed his ways and now teaches a legit way of selling and you can even teach yourself to sell for free by watching hia YT videos (i worked in sales and in the entire UK industry his method will always be recommended). And last but not least, his point in this video is very valid. You can't sell a pen to just anyone. Just like you can't sell a private jet, a car or a course on astronomy to just about everyone. The people you sell to must 'qualify' for your offer, hence the question 'so how long have you been in the market for pens'
