One time a Filipino nurse asked if I was Filipino and I said no I was hispanic and later when she was transferring me to a new room she said “you’ll love it up here all the nurses are Filipino too and you’ll feel right at home!” And i accepted that I was now Filipino- they were the best

I'm a (retired) RN in Ireland, some of my favourite colleagues/friends are fellow nurses from the Philippines. Those women/men are totally devoted to their vocation, are so friendly and most have left their families behind to make a better life for them. I couldn't imagine leaving my children behind so kudos to them, they're warriors 👏👏👏👏

Filipino nannies helped raise my cousins, and everyone in that family loved them. There are a lot of Filipino nurses at my aunts old folks home, and they're great. Just something very caring and energetic about them, hopefully they have super personal lives.

😂 I used to work at a marine corps exchange (military Walmart) in the food court with mama Sharon, she was this tiny older Filipino woman who married a retired marine who still worked on base. They found out my ex and I were having our first Thanksgiving alone and couldn't afford much she brought me a whole ass turkey and so many Filipino sides she was my favorite

I'm a student nurse and the Filipino staff I've worked with so far are always so fun to be around. They're always open to sharing their HOME-MADE food - THANK THE LORD, filipino food is delish and some bring in cakes and brownies too ❤❤. Also they are very motherly I can't lie - I always feel looked after when I'm working with a filipino mentor 😊

Filipinos are amazing! They're the best people, so friendly and loving, always smiling and happy all the time. They really make your day and when you have a bad day they manage to put a smile on your face. I know very well, there are so many filipinos here in Dubai and my maid in Italy is filipino, so nice and such a hard worker and honest person. I also have many friends like my favorite waitress here in Dubai, super nice filipino and the nurses in my hospital who are all filipino and they're the most caring people you'll ever meet. Always so positive. ❤ Much love

❤ I met a woman like this 10 years ago when I was working at ATT selling cell phones. I have so much love for Filipino people. This woman was a walking heart. She was incredibly loving towards me and even brought me home made lunch. I wish I could tell her how much I appreciated her kindness. ❤

I'm a retired nurse. Alma was a Filipino nurse I worked with. She retired then came back part time. She brought in food, once she brought everyone a handbag, one time she brought everyone a pair of nice earrings, she sent $ home to her family and all that and more while following me every where I went and looking up when constantly talking as she was only 4'8.❤you had to love her!!!

I was hospitalized quite a bit in my home state of Washington and there are so many Filipina nurses. One in particular I used to love and I called her Gammy ! You just embodied her and brought happy tears to my eyes

When I was in foster care, we would get invited to the parties (especially the giant Christmas party) Karaoke has never been more fun and enjoyable. AND THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. such kind humans. ❤️ (also I had multiple plates because someone's aunty kept bringing me food 😂❤️)

I love Filipino parties. I always bring my Tupperware. My mom always looked at me weird until i showed her i was "meal prepping for the week. Still can't do the pork blood tho. I have tried it many times.

Leche plan😭😭 we had a Filipino housekeeper and when she used to go out on her days off she will come back with leche plan all the time I loved it so much 😫❤️ gotta love Filipinos they are always so bubbly
