I have shot my gen 1 archon type b in competition and I love it. No muzzle flip, stupid reliable even with garbage usaforged ammo, I have been asking for these upgrades for years, especially the threaded barrel for a comp to make it even more insane. If they truly make it a chassis system you can buy separately I will absolutely build another one, maybe a full sized version. One other thing I found is they are right on the cusp of being reliable with cz75b magazines. Not enough for me to trust but if they could make it compatible fully without sacrificing reliability, they could sell a lot more pistols since many platforms use those magazines. I could not be more excited they are FINALLY supporting this platform, it needs more exposure. Thanks Steve for this video

@@ParisFitnessI have a gen 2 Archon. Way better deal. You get 3 grip/mag configurations, there is a budding aftermarket, and with a Rain6 / Iron Horse Firearms trigger job it becomes a whole new beast. The Daniel H9 is a novelty, the Archon is not.

I’m having technical difficulties since my camera broke. I’m having to improvise. I couldn’t control audio volume. Phillip talked loud and kept clipping the audio. Tried to reduce it as much as I could 🤷🏻♂️

I wish someone would to this gun vs daniel h9 when they come out. Both similar price range and both super low bore axis striker fired high end guns

The Daniel h9 has a tilting barrel. The Achron doesn't... I bet it would edge out the D H9 in keeping the muzzle flat.
