Did you have any point of impact shift? I own this comp and the Hk factory threaded barrel, but it shoots high and left when it's all put together.

Sorry you had to have that problem. Thanks, though, for showing me the way. I lubed my gun before going to the range and I could see how tight it was at first. It just took some extra elbow grease to work the bolt loose and a few cycles for the oil to work into all the important places and the action to slick up. All good after that. Love the Long Ranger Express! I actually put the buttstock on my leg for extra leverage. I like to slow fire this gun. Otherwise it really heats up quickly. I'll be checking out an M-Lok hand guard to see if that helps keep it any cooler.

I had one of the weak springs. I ended up using a #10 Wolff M&P spring cut down to fit the guide rod on mine. It works with standard range ammo but has weak ejection. Hopefully, the new production springs will solve all our issues.

Olight’s are pretty legit, I have no issues with them. Not sure why people hate on Olights.

Super disappointed. I have a ptr ct-cl. Everything was perfect, except the charging paddle makes contact with some of the areas when charging. I would dremel out the parts making contact but would rather not risk it. I honestly liked this more than the midwest industries hand guard. Oh well, glad it worked out for you!

What style compensator do you like,thread on or one that fits over the pic rail? Do they both work the same or is one better? Or what are the pros and cons between the both of them. The two compensators that I’ve been looking at are the wicket compensator which is a thread on or the HK parts which slides over the pic rail.
