Bring the desert cerakote please!! Also make a CQB MCX Rattler/SP5K version if/when you can maintain 250-300fps on a shortened barrel.

Poor (nonexistent) customer service. I have a Barra 400E full auto electric BB gun with less than five hours on it and the gearbox went out on it. I ordered a new gearbox ($75) which came in about ten days with absolutely no instructions. The gearbox came with two mounted gears and one that required mounting which was easy because of its unusual shape. BUT the fourth gear, I have no clue where it goes. I sent a request for more information on October 6, 2023 and they promptly responded that they would get back to me within four days. I am writing this on October 23, 2023 and, you guessed it, no response. So I’m sitting here with a $500 ++ paperweight! Be careful what you buy the gun is useless without customer support.
