I like how this is a authentic video. He is not perfect with his shooting. But that is okay. While you are training it does not have to be perfect. As you push yourself, you are going to make mistakes. If you are not, you are not training hard enough. Better to make mistakes on the range instead of in an actually gun fight...Thank you for the Shot Timer instruction. It was an awesome review for me. I am going to knock the dust off my Shot Timer and get to training again.

quick correction if someone hadn't already pointed this out but the delay, once you press go, there is a 3 second countdown. the count down is randomize but kept at or around 3 seconds then beeps, then your "tactic/training (delay) window" opens to accomplish the training skill. Once the time you set has been reached a second beep will commence indicating the end of the window you set for the "delay time"/window. Sorry don't mean to be fussy but I was all bent out of shape with the instructions in the box. Honestly for he price of one of these there should be a bit clearer instructions included. Great video by the way! Your video was were I started on my journey to learn how this thing works.

I just started using a shot timer and working on draws owb and iwb. I’m definitely trying to go too fast and need to slow down and get the mechanics dialed. It’s entertaining to watch guys online go super fast but it’s not very realistic for the average gun owner who needs to make each shot count. This video was great and very helpful👍🏼

It's actually a random start delay anywhere in between 2.0-3.5 secs.

Nice job on this video. Very informative on the timer. It does seem to me that training with a regular gun that requires you to rack the slide after each single shot is imprinting a training scar into your routine. Under stress we tend to shoot how we train. Perhaps using a SIRT gun would be a better choice for these types of drills. Just a thought.

Just got my Pact timer in 3 days ago. I've been shooting way to long without one. Ppl think there just for competition. No, its for testing yourself under pressure. Obtw I live 45min south of Royal Range and I've never once been in the store/range.
