Shots in the Spring

A solid session I had back in March I want to say? This was when I just started filming for my Just Football 2023 video, and I was experimenting with shooting from farther distances. I've always had trouble maintaining technique from long range, but this was one of the first sessions where I managed to have a little bit of consistent success.

Satisfying shots bro! I really like the dip you were generating this session, especially on that shot with the Capelli ball.

Thanks, Ben! I definitely had a more dip oriented technique at this time. And for the Capelli ball, well... when I found it it had like 5 PSI, and that was my first shot with it 🤣

To me your form looks absolutely perfect here. Very repeatable from your posture to the angle and number of steps to the kick all look fantastic 👌

Hi! These knuckleballs are insane your shots are absolutely majestic. I was just wondering, how do you make the ball go so high when I shoot the ball never goes very high and at the moment I can’t generate anti-spin with movement like your. Please could you tell me in a reply or please do a tutorial on the DIP technical side of these knuckleballs. # just knuckleit please tell me no videos on KZfaq show your immense level of dip and the sanity to do it . Please reply

Thank you! I have a knuckleball tutorial on my channel, but to achieve dip you need to use your instep when making contact with the ball. Your follow-through has to move upward when you make contact before you cancel it, and then the dip will come.

Quality adjective. Might have to take that one off you for my next youtube short title. That shot was wild though, as I found that ball at the field and that was my first shot with it 🤣 It was fairly flat though, so I kind of cheated
