Thats whats up brother! This is how you teach. Basic tools that most of us have. I saw a video w someone demonstrating how to test a fan w a $2,000 snap on tool. Man I’m broke!

Interesting follow upon my situation. My aux fan didn’t work. I checked all connections and had power to the fan. I also connected the battery directly to the fan (12v) and it still would not power up. Finally tried this w 20v and the fan came on. Weird! Purchase a new fan and it worked with the 12v of the car. I believe the old one was so rusty and old that 12V was not enough t to power it. Or the voltage regulator was busted. Either way a new fan solved my issue.
