Ceramic cups (Little Tipsy)
- Perfect drinking temperature right away: Coffee brews at a high temperature which is often too hot to drink. When you pour an espresso into the Little Tipsy, the temperature drops about 8-14 degrees Celsius. This makes it the perfect drinking temperature right away.

As someone who is a mostly a latte/americano drinker, would getting the Decent be a waste of money since adding lots of milk would pretty much cancel out all the subtle flavours of the espresso anyway? Would a straight 9 bar machine be a better purchase for a latte drinker?

The DE1 can still do great milk based drinks, but if you know you perhaps love the Italian style but just in a larger size then stick with the 9bar machine for now and explore flow profiling later on in your journey.😉

Lever machines would also be great. Lots of control over bloom/pre infusion and you can get excellent expresso for affordable price. Plus it will last forever. You have the cafelat robot and flair 58 are good affordable lever machines. Theirs also lots more

It's kind of confusing, because you tip the ceramic cup in two different directions when talking about in in the video. I'm assuming that the way you mean for it to be used is as you demonstrate when actually holding the cup to your mouth to demonstrate (drink from the more vertical, shorter-looking, inwardly-curved side while letting the outward-extending side hold captured scents for your nose), but when holding the cup in midair later you seem to demonstrate drinking from the other side.
