Definitely the most authentic match in US first dates. Usually they match somebody who’s afraid of clowns, and allergic to latex, with a clown who makes latex balloons. American producers still don’t get it. This was one of the best dates I’ve seen. And the most satisfying.

She's more impressive than him. Cheerful and down-to-earth. Also, didn't feel the need to hawk her academia credentials from the get-go and instead let him and everyone stereotype her first. This guy can't wait to tell everyone he's a "lawyer." First thing that comes out of his mouth, virtually.

Well, if you're a lawyer and someone asks what you do, isn't that the answer you will give? He didn't just blurt out, "I'm a lawyer," right on handshake. He asked her about her, listened, and was interested in her story. He only started talking about his ambitions when she was done and asked him to. I found them both intelligent yet not arrogant in their intelligence. Hope it goes well for them.

He seems like a really nice man, and I find it to be endearing that he wants to be the president 😊. However, he seemed to be a bit too naive about real world issues. That is just a baseline too. I thought as he was a lawyer he would be more aware. God knows how many psychopaths we have as politicians, but if you truly want to be a good politician, you would need to already have policy-based solutions for a lot of social issues.
