I’ve been with Costco for my car and home since it was underwritten by Ameriprise (American Express). Now Connect. I’ve shopped it and they are usually lower by a great deal. I haven’t claimed but a recent hit and run will change that. We shall see how it all turns out. I’m in Los Angeles and saw someone say not in CA. I’m grandfathered then.

I got my homeowners insurance with Connect through Costco. It was the best rate and coverage I could find. They weren’t the best for auto, even bundling.

I have had Connect for many years. You didn’t mention the towing service that is offered at no cost. Saves me having to buy a AAA membership. We have used it many times to get a jump, and tow. When one of our cars was totaled while parked….they were quick to help. My coverage included a rental and they followed thru no problem. I have zero complaints. We are in California where many providers are dropping customers and not renewing.

CHECK THEIR ONLINE REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATINGS, Caps intended! When I did that last year I disqualified them from my list. I'd rather pay more money for a company that has less complaints!
