We are back with another Genie+ experiment! Molly and Breedlove are headed to Disney's Animal Kingdom to ride the most popular attractions - one with Genie+ and one without. They'll be sharing tips and tricks along the way, and answering the big question: is Genie+ WORTH the money in this park?

I totally agree with your statement about Disney inflating the wait time so you wait less time than posted, rather than to push you to buy Genie +. I worked at Disneyland and the attractions hosts had complete control over the posted wait, and the average attractions CM isn’t concerned about making guests spend more!

This episode is a masterpiece! Breedlove and Molly are HILARIOUS as is. The edits and brilliant addition of the most underrated of musical instruments ever (KAZOO!) and I am in hysterics. the point of finishing early is key, when I was there last week getting a full clear with shows by 1pm is a luxury you don't expect in disney and opens up your vacation from 1 park a day to add disney springs or resort time.

I would love to see an experiment video of single rider vs standby or vs lightning lane! I’d also love to see suggestions on how to look cute year-round in the parks! I ALWAYS seem to pack the wrong things so I’d love to see what you locals suggest wearing/bringing in each season! Thanks for these! We look forward to Tuesday nights because it’s Takeout Tuesday and All Ears night at our house! 🥰

Everest went down all day when I was there in November. We were about to leave and it came back up, we did single rider and it was about 25 mins for us to get on.

You guys should do a more realistic day with Genie Plus. If people buy it, they won't wait around for their next pass to go on a ride if there is a ride with a short standby line. Maybe do it by seeing how much you can do in a day (can you ride everything in a park in a day still with Genie plus like you did with Fastpass? Or how long does it take to do the big things in a park or two parks by mixing standby and Genie plus?

I think this was the day I saw Molly at AK. I got so excited and exclaimed her name like a pyscho. I was so embarrassed. She was sweet and still said Hi.

Earlier this year, my husband and I, who did not purchase Genie+, went to Animal Kingdom with early entry, and spent an hour and a half in line to get on Flight of Passage. We then went to the safari and spent another hour and a half waiting, as STREAMS of Genie+ people walked by us. We went to the kite show and left AK, having had the worst time at Disney ever, in our 25 years of going there. For next year, we will be buying Genie+, and we are reconsidering our commitment to Disney, even though we are long-time DVC members.

YES!!! between the Meatloaf clip and the (plastic) cheezy KAZOO CHOIR music I thought the editors stole the show on this one. The pickle and the animal mouth captions...the kitetails section...I was laughing so hard i cried.

I love these experiments! Can you do one with both people getting the lighting lanes but one using Genie + and other other not? I would really like to see how this works out for wait time especially on super popular rides like Remi’s/Rise/slinky/mine train, etc!

My wife and i had the privilege of running into Breedlove at Epcot! He has such a beautiful soul!! Very easy going and patient bc he waited for me to call my wife to come meet him, which made her cry happy tears!!

The only thing about an early safari is the lions are not usually out and about (at least that’s what we’ve experienced). Going at night means you may not see a lot of other animals, but the lions are super active

When they used to give the lanyards to the guests to carry in the queue and handover when you ride, the wait times were accurate and often 10 minutes shorter than posted times. The sceptic in mean thinks it is not in Disney’s interest to post accurate times, because they want you to purchase fast pass. (Not calling it genie). If ever I return, I would not use this service, so the more real time standby comparisons you show us the better is my vote. If the posted times are higher than the actual wait time I might then consider going back. But still love you, your team and your videos 😀

Thanks for all your videos. Your tips helped my family on our trip last week. I saw Molly in AK on what I think was the day they filmed this. I fanboyed a bit a yelled Hi Molly and waved as we passed by. My daughter asked me “Do you know her?” Lol. I wish now I would have stopped and asked for a photo but she was eating and I did not want to disturb her that way. Thanks to the whole All Ears Team!

Very useful information. I think buy the fancy ride for Flight for late morning and rope drop the safari and and Navi River you are good to go on the others.

old link tech here :) flight of passage has 16 seats per ride room. 3 floors = 48 per ride room. then there’s 4 ride rooms so 192 guests ride. however, there’s the two separate pre show rooms which will also take 16 people each. that’s in a perfect world where all the seats work and there’s no downtimes for rooms- which … doesn’t happen too often. plus, you’re only cycling through those people every 5 or so minutes.

Love this video, as always. Informative and entertaining. Thanks for posting! Don't know that I would pay for Genie+ at Animal Kingdom. Last time we went was before Genie+, but we managed to do almost everything there. Skipped Dinosaur, and Expedition Everest shut down for repairs right before we headed over there and I'm not sure if it ever reopened. But we rode pretty much everything else, had a leisurely character lunch at Tusker House, saw Festival of the Lion King, Tough to be a Bug, saw a lot of the animals, and ... I forget what else. Would've had time for more. And that was with four of is (including two kids.)

Getting up super early to rope drop sounds miserable. My youngest loves to sleep in and that would just not be great for her. Molly appears to always recommend this as a great way to "enjoy" the park. LOL Still these videos are so much fun to watch.

I know it really adds up for a group, but as an adult I'd TOTALLY pay 33 bucks for an incredibly short wait and a much more leisurely day. P.S. No matter how many times you show Kitetails, it looks insane/bizzaro to me! I'd love to see it in person so I would be able to better appreciate the spectacle.

I wish we could make 3 lightning lane reservations ahead of time like you could with fast pass so you don’t have to get up early or risk things being sold out. I don’t wake up early on my vacation unless I need to catch a flight. (Mind you I mean not leaving my room earlier than 9:00 because my daughter wakes up at 6:00. 😂)

MrCheezyPop did a video for Disney's California Adventure yesterday. (He's guested on this channel a time or two. Fun channel!) But it was only a half-day, so he may redo it later as a full day or do Disneyland. But that's the only one I've seen.

Molly I'm so sorry to say I got inline for safari when it was a 65 minute wait last week😔 in my defense, my family didn't want to rope drop that day since it was our last park day of a long trip and we had to park Hop to EPCOT for a 3:45 Space 220 reservation

If you do rope drop i find I can do everything in are reasonable amount of times I always do in this order flight of passage, Navi river, safari ( the animals are still out) by then an hour has passed Then I heard to Everest followed dinosaur and by the time if finish dinosaurs it is 10 or 11am than said I practically run fast walk to fight of passage to be someone of the first 20 people and by the time I get off Navi is practically a walk on and so is the safari maybe you have to wait at most 10 minutes for the safari

I want to go to each section in the parks, go on their rides, go to the next section, go on their rides, and so on for each park, one park per day, trying to coordinate the fancy rides times, and utilize genie+ if it is convenient as I approach the different sections.( I wont do genie suggestions, as it sends you from one end of the park to another and then back where you were, passing 10 min wait lines, for rides you said you were interested in... ) Is that a possibility and get to ride the rides? I don't want to be running back and forth all day. Can you try a day like that, using fancy rides and genie + ???

So, I’m watching all of these genie+ videos and will continue to watch as crowds change, etc. am I the only person who has an absolute budget for WDW trips? If I spend $35 extra on Genie+ and ILL then I’ll skip a TS meal to keep to my budget. Disney won’t get any more money… maybe they’ll have a greater profit?
