I’m going through this thinking right now. My chocolates have taken off so fast, that I simply cannot supply enough. That is frustrating but at my age (64) ☺️ I don’t think I want to grow any larger than I am right now. Which hurts my business sense, but is OK. Now I have to figure out how much chocolate I want to make and how and who to supply. Tricky.

The good news is that you get to decide! You can tell people you make limited small batch chocolate and make as much (or as little) as you wish!
