To the people saying he's overplaying: yes. You are correct, he is. And that's sorta the point of this kind of video - he's literally "playing" with the song, using it as an outlet for fun and creativity. This is not a bad thing. Would I play this busy and all-over-the-place onstage at my church if we were doing this song? Of course not. But it's completely fine to do so in the context of a KZfaq video. Go look up the bass cover of this song from Justin Raines, the actual current bass player for Israel Houghton - he does the same thing, intricate licks everywhere and throwing soloistic runs in where the original song has dead spots. That's a whole style of instrumental covers on KZfaq, and this kid is right in that zone. His sense of tastefulness will develop with time, but he's allowed to have fun.
