Godzilla 26 when did the Heisei Godzilla EVER show anything that would make him that level? I’ve watched every film in that series and he never ONCE showed THAT kind of power. I will say that out of every incarnation besides Earth, the Heisei Godzilla has the strongest Atomic Breath. HOWEVER it’s nowhere NEAR that strong. If you’re trying to bring up Burning Godzilla, I’ll stop you now. The Heisei Ghidorah fought Godzilla BEFORE he absorbed the energy from the Birth Island explosion. But AFTER the nuclear submarine that cured him of his Anti Nuclear Energy Bacteria infection. During their bout in the countryside Godzilla, while much stronger than when he battled Biollante, he was evenly matched with Ghidorah. That’s not to prove your point right however. If Godzilla was a Solar System Buster as you say he was, then he would have absolutely obliterated Ghidorah with no trouble. Seeing as this Ghidorah while powerful, isn’t exactly too durable. I mean Godzilla only needed his NORMAL Atomic Breath to punch holes in Ghidorah’s wings. While he used the Blue Spiral Ray to decapitate his middle head.

Keizer could likely defeat both Showa and Heisei Ghidorah’s. But in terms of overall capabilities Legendary Ghidorah could defeat Keizer in a one on one. I’m not saying it would be over in an instant. However the fact that Legendary Ghidorah’s regeneration is potent enough that he could regrow the decapitated Kevin shows his staying power is high. Not to mention that Legendary Ghidorah is quite intelligent, taking advantage of his surroundings to tip the odds of battle back in his favor.
