I hate hating Tatang's SBTown. But you should not also forget that SBT Phils does not exist in a vacuum. Na Philippines lng sila connectado. That there is no connect b/w SBT & SBTown. Remember, these are group of companies under ShowBT Korea. They may seem working independently but remember isang payong lang sila nakasuob, ShowBT Korea.

I hope and prayed for an amicable resolution of the issue regarding the use of SB19 brand. A resolution that is mutually beneficial to both parties and to the Philippine Music industry at large. However, worst case scenario, I came up with a possible name suggestion for Mahalima which is SB-Lima. (Pronounce as SB Lee-ma but still same meaning as 5. Only to soften when saying the word lima. Instead of saying li-ma, you’ll say lee-ma). SB stands for Soul Brothers or Single Brothers since they are all single at the moment at least and they are like brothers. Lima which is 5 in tagalog and they are 5 members. Suggestion lang po ito so no need for violent reaction/s. All the best to our Mahalima and thanks for everyone who continuously supporting the boys.

When legality is talked about, it is illegal for them to use it if they still didn't buy it and humiwalay sa company where the sb19 name is under... Legality tlga Yan. But honestly, they e worked so hard under that name and has gone up under that name so it is sad nevertheless.. Endorsement deals, music streams, video streams, all the monetization of their contents... all because these are all tagged with that trademark name. So it's more than just changing to a new name. Legally, they have to pay the trademark owner their dues if they wanna keep using and promoting as SB19. What they should have done is when they decided to create the Pagtatag trailer, introduce their new name there as part of their "new era", especially because that trailer was the first time that they fully credited 1Z in the post credits. That would have been perfect timing to also introduce a new name, new entertainment label, new music, new logo. Much like what Pablo (from Sejun), Josh Cullen (from Josh) and Felip did. I'm anticipating this scenario to happen in their new era trailer for Simula at Wakas , the last of the trilogy. Hoping for the best.

Legally, showBT can still get some monetary rights to all their endorsement deals, all their MVs, all their music streams, all their contents if they signed and used the name SB19 on them. Yun ang mas malaking problema. This is more than just a name. Money follows that name. Intellectual property ni Pinuno sa Pagsibol, hindi rin yan fully protected if Pagsibol was still under ShowBT noon. So yung millions of streams ng MAPA, ng WHAT, etc. ay hindi fully maaangkin ng boys ang profits. In retrospect, I think maybe that's why out of nowhere, Josh created his own name brand Josh Cullen and created his own logo. Much like what Pablo did and became Pablo Radkidz, and of course Felip as Ken's solo name. I think this issue has been in the works even before they started Pagtatag era. When they were interviewed after putting out a Manifesto, Stell said, "mahirap sya (starting a new company). Actually kahit yung name na SB19 pa lang ang laking problem na sya..." So their 13 hour meetings are probably to create strategy on how to go around this legal hold on their name and logo.😢
