Today, we have a quick & easy recipe for stir-fried shrimps with Thai chili paste to share with you.
INGREDIENTS About 1 - 2 Servings
7oz or 200g Shrimps - peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 ½ Tbsp. or 15g Minced garlic
2oz or 60g Onion, cut into wedges
1 Red spur chili (20g), cut diagonally
0.71 oz or 20g Sweet basil leaves/ Thai basil leaves
For the sauce:
1 ½ Tbsp. Thai Chili Paste/Chili jam ( Nam Prik Pao)
1 Tbsp. Water
½ Tbsp. Golden Mountain seasoning sauce
Note: If using unsweetened type of Thai chili paste, you can add some more sugar into the sauce.
