Just one little tip. Before you begin your set of tricks, hand an envelope to one of the spectators. Then, do your other tricks. Put the cards away as if you're all done... Then pretend to notice the envelope the person is holding and, with the deck still in your hands, say something like, "Oh, the envelope! I almost forgot! There is ONE more thing I'd like to show you but... I'm hesitant as it sometimes frightens people it's so... Impossible." Then go into the presentation. The point is, you've FULLY motivated putting the deck into the box and removing it in a way that will be completely natural and forgotten by your audience. Personally. I would just have the cards palmed and add them, but if you're going to do it as taught, I think adding a little extra layer of motivation for your actions would help.

A long time ago, I learned the "reverse" (so to speak) of this trick. But I like this one better. I've also found that doing a good, simple trick or two in front of a group can really give a rank amateur like me a reputation!

So I had an idea for a variation of this trick, first you do a "Choose a card" trick, forcing any of the Jacks on them, then they keep the Jack, and you put the deck into the box while you write a prediction on your arm or a piece of paper (on't show it obviously), then, you take the deck out of the box again, this time with the other three Jacks being on the bottom, you deal the cards into three piles, leaving the jacks on the top of each pile, then you get the spectator to turn them over, while you reveal "Every Jack finds their way back" written on your prediction

If you don't have a box on you, you can "take out the jokers" for the trick you did before, then rest the deck on them at some point and pick up the two you said were jokers. People never notice.

I really like this style and format of your vids Jay!

A Little variation I've come up with. In This aces you have the Four aces on top, and do some convincing False prior to the trick. The you Hand the deck to a spectator and tell him/her to deal the cards on one pile. After they Passed the top 4 cards, you Add that they can take cards from the middle or the bottom too and they can stop whenever they want. Next You rid of the Rest of the deck. (Now the 4 aces are on the Bottom) then You Ask them to deal the remaining pile into Four piles. Then You Tell them that you've "just" Decided to make this into a 4-ACE-Routine. Then You ask them to turn over the top card of the piles, while emphasizing, that they did everything by themselves, and they will be legt with the 4 aces.

another good way is to cove the prediction with paper and then take off the paper secretly befor you place then when you pick it up there is writing on it

I put the index card among the 3 cards as spectators will asume the prediction will go wrong.

This also works great with a perfect winning poker hand! (you have your spectator deal the cards in 5 piles and he ends up with a perfect royal flush! :D )

I was going to comment the trick could be screwed up if they dealt from the bottom rather than the top, but all you'd have to do then is turn each pile over rather than just the top card LOL
