At least I know people struggle with things too, even stuff I struggle with. I am doing yoga with my placement as they have a lady visit every Wednesday and it’s defo helped a lot. But I need to eat more and keep myself as healthy as possible in order to be able to ride and be the best for the horses I ride.

hey esme i just wanted to let you know that i grew up watching your videos, i have been riding for about 3 almost 4 years now and your videos help me with learning new stuff. I love your content and you make me smile everyday. About a year ago today i fell off for the first time and completely lost my confidence and stopped riding.
