See if you look closer you can see that one of its tentacles is shorter than the other one, but you can't really tell especially when it starts twirling.

Ethan S Ah. I saw this creature at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on sunday. I learned that it lives deep in the sea, red isn't visible in the deep ocean so it can hide on the floor.

+rainbow kirby well it's possible because octopuses could service at any depth including in reefs and the bottom of the oceans because they don't have air bladders or anything like that. So I'm positive you could keep on in a tank but you'll have to always make sure there intertain because they are know to get very stress and bored if they don't have anything to do and will cause trouble

Awwww! Look that that precious bab! It looks like a tiny apricot. When it hid in its tentacles from the light, it reminded me of a human baby doing the same with its hands. I didn't know their brains were wrapped around the esophagus; that's pretty wicked.
