From its bustling local markets to its many beautiful restaurants, Sibiu is a great place to spend a night and enjoy all that Transylvania has to offer. In this video, we explore the town of Sibiu, starting off at the local market where so many locals were shopping. Afterwards, we slowly made our way into the historic center of Sibiu, exploring the many churches and squares along the way before finally ending the video in the biggest square of the city!

The more realistic explanation of the term "bridge of lies" comes from the fact that in the medieval times when lower classes or craftsmen guilds had conflicts with the upper classes, Saxon patricians or wealthy land owner the negotiations with all sort of promises were done on that bridge. Obviously many times those promises written or not were broken immediately hence the name Bridge of Lies

You missed the history museum, which is awesome and you were literally few tens of meters away! Thank you for the video, i just booked a 2nd visit this summer, after last years 5 days. And here i have to disagree with you, 5 days were not enough, thats why we go again in August 😅

Piața Mică is pronounced Piazza Mika, with a c like in car, not an s. You need to read Romanian like you read Italian, or even German.
