i`m glad you liked the food but the tarator is usually compiled of yogurt, water, cucumber, garlic, salt and dill..there is nothing more to it and i can assure you you`ll like the original even more 😁 there are even recepies i can send you if you ever want to try making something home 😊

I recommend that you think historically about food. Is/was sesame seed ever native or traditional in Eastern Europe? (Absolutely not) What was available to the average person in the past or what could they grow?

Nice! 🙂 11:55 not only this square, but the whole Ottoman-era quarter is called Baščaršija ("Bashcharshiya").

Not everything in Hungary is closed on Sundays. This is just stupid. The majority of Hungarians do not like chili, and restaurants also force it because of tourists. Langos is sweetly horrible. It is usually eaten with onions, sour cream, cheese and possibly a couple of things that go with it. You bought the worst langos in the most expensive place.

I'm not entirely sure how I got here but your enthusiastic and upbeat personality make for some of the best food/travel videos I've ever seen. If I visit Macedonia it will be because of these videos. Keep up the really great exciting work. Thank you.

Have you even the slightest historical knowledge? Skopje is not home to Alexander the Great. Alexander is from Pella, Greece. Skopje did not exist in the age of Alexander. Not even a single Slav did exist. Next time please read some history for accurate information. Thank you.

Almost nobody puts bread in tarator. We don't count it as a soup. I appreciate whoever made it remembered to put a dill, it's a perfect for tarator. Hope you still enjoy it, despite that fact. About the rice pudding - Make sure it's cold, not warm. It taste way better when it's cold, trust me.

Old town is not in Turkish stile. This is a natural revivalist Bulgarian architecture. Same architecture you can see in number of antique Bulgarian cities.

I got ick from you saying Košiče(Ko-shi-tzhe) instead it should be Košice(Ko-shi-tze). Also, cathedral entry is for free, you only have to pay I guess 3-5€ for tower with nice view of the main street which is totally worth it for such price. Nevertheless, thanks for coming and showing Košice to the world, it’s nice place with a lot to offer :)

The soup you ate might have been with nettles and not spinach. And the herbs you liked in the beans, it's most likely spearmint.

Yes bro, mikitsa is something we know from our grandmothers in the village, you wake up early in the morning and it smells so good The mekitsa is with cheese, later it started with powdered sugar, or natural without anything, just salt, water, flour I have to admit that this mekitsa is a bit different, Some put the cheese inside, like a kind of calzone We call this meat and egg roll Stefani Thank you for presenting Bulgaria.

Dudeee, you found the bakery Ljupče in Belgrade, but you didnt find about bakery Anton in Niš? Did you even research where is the best burek in Niš? Because when people told you best burek in Serbia is in Niš, they mean from Anton bakery or Rajko bakery.
