These cookies are so good! They taste like summer! Made with lemon and almonds, these Sicilian cookies are gluten free and very quick to make. To eat with a good tea or for breakfast. This recipe makes 15 servings. Each serving represents approximately 155 calories. Good tasting !

Ingredients:
250 g ground almonds (2 cups + ½ cup + 3 tbsp)
150 g icing sugar (1 cup)
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of good honey
the zest of a lemon

I dont get it un the vidéo it says 150 grame of ice sugar (one cup) but one cup it’s 250 grame.... And si you say 2 cup 500 grame ? Plus 1/2 cup (125 grame) plus 3 tbsp of almond flour.....its that correct?

@@jonathanmaranatha8796 Hi, I just made them and they turned out very delicious . I just followed the written recipe. I am going to try it with less sugar, but I am not sure if it will change the chewy texture that I liked!!!!....Good luck!!!! If you like french macarons then you will love these because these have a similar texture.

Oh almond biscuits ❤️, my Sicilian mother in law makes these. She doesn't add lemon though, she makes them with orange juice and grated orange peel 🍊. Soft and delicious.

Could you share the recipe of your family’s version using orange juice and orange zest instead of lemon? Does the orange juice replace the honey? Thank you..

Je confectionne ces biscuits une fois par mois depuis que j’ai trouvé cette recette. Merci beaucoup! ❤️ Voici quelques observations d’après mon expérience. Si par hasard votre pâte deviens trop collante, c’est peut-être car vous utilisez trop de miel. Rajoutez un peu plus de sucre en poudre ou de farine de riz et continuez de mélanger. Attention si vous rajoutez de la farine attendez-vous à ce qu’ils deviennent plus secs donc réduisez le temps de cuisson de deux trois minutes.

Bonjour, j'ai essayé la recette. C'était bon, sauf que j'ai trouvé un peu trop sucré. Du coup, je mettrai moins de sucre glace la prochaine fois. Aussi, je vais modifier légèrement la recette en mettant de l'eau de fleur d'oranger au lieu du zeste de citron. Je vous dirai comment ce sera.
