I really loved this short podcast. This is because of sheer amount of depth of enquiry Dr sid you have dived into is amazing. Here is a suggestion about which I think you can talk about : 1. Effect of sounds / language / mantra on mind / intelligence/ consciousness. 2. Shift of identity that happens when one becomes a brahmachari and its effect/ process. and shift of identity after long term ishta devata upasana. 3. Tendencies of mind as mentioned in Patanjali YOG Sutras and the process of reconditioning the mind. 4. How to recondition the mind without conflicts. maybe you can analyse one process that is commonly followed to overcome the tendencies of mind. 5. The concept of Dharma: Swadharma, swabhava and vritti. Is one supposed to be in sync with them or recondition them to the " right " thing.

Sid please cover the topic- what happens to the mind or brain when I actually start practising to be ‘self aware’ in spiritual terms, for example, when I am trying to think positive , telling myself constantly to let go, nothing is permanent and all such Vedantic philosophy. I can tell you that I have been trying to do practice this for a few months now, and I can definitely feel a lot peaceful. I react less, act more. If u can relate it with science please do it. I am a big fan of you and your videos help me run through my day better. I am a 33 year old,mom to a five year old. Am currently in a state of mind to change for better, I don’t know if I fall into your usual demographics, so letting u know that u can go beyond and not just scratch the surface of the topic. I think people just keep talking that there are no words, but the very concept he is talking about is that someone has experienced it at many levels. But they just want to tell you that you can never experience it fully. Only someone at a Rishi level can do. I think we should be more open to the thought that everyone here is experiencing different things, we can fully experience things. We are capable. Also, 'I' is not the ego. Unfortunately, people are taking it the wrong way and preaching it the wrong way.

Dear Siddharth - Please talk about how spirituality and neuroscience are connected in the way. For example we say Good Karma and Bad karma. What is possibly happening in our brain with Good Karma and Bad Karma.... Such links would be awesome....
