Hi Patrick, Did you get rid of a video that showed a method to progressively learn striking? The video taught something like start with using a single defense to just a jab, then add another defense, then add two types of strikes, etc. It was something along those lines. I have been looking for it recently but can't find it. If it is still available can you let me know the name of the video? Thanks, I enjoy the channel
