Revealing how much I made, how I made it, and how you can too! Couldn't go too deep into how I got started - otherwise this video would be an hour-long - but if you're interested, comment and let me know! I've always enjoyed sharing experiences on this channel hehe. Just want to thank you guys for all the support❤️ It's really a season of adulting and experimentation✨
Honestly, this side hustle lifestyle isn't the most sustainable though - I'm trying to see how I can get higher-paying gigs so that I don't have to take on so many in order to make a decent amount🙏🏻

Finals season is here and I'm surprised how I'm still alive. Thankful to God for His sustenance🤍 This video was done super quickly partly due to the fact that I don't have a lot of spare time these few days. I did Uber/lyft while in college. I worked the super early morning shift. Moved people from the airport to their hotels and vice versa. Made great money with the business traveler

I hope people take this video in as there are many alternative ways on helping financially instead of crazy hustle life. Also expressing there talents and benefiting from them instead of going to waste

I’ve got a video coming out tonight where I talk about where I get my freelance gigs! As for contracts, I’m still learning all of that - so far it’s been mostly using invoices/billing/quotes and reading contracts that clients have sent over. But I definitely want to start doing up my own contracts to protect myself and make sure I get paid hahaha👍🏼

Thank you so much! That’s a great question - I’ll probably make a “How to make a UI/UX Design Portfolio” video of sorts but briefly, I think it’s a collective effort over the years. Thankfully I studied Information Technology in polytechnic so I was exposed to user interfaces and designs through projects - but a lot of what I learned for UI/UX design was self-taught. I think it helps to learn a prototyping software like Figma or Adobe XD and start learning design principles and the design process. Then just start designing things with product design prompts, or redesigning existing apps/websites that you think can be improved! The idea of self-learning applies to any freelancing job, even teaching or video editing☺️ Hope this helps!!🙌🏼

Yes, I did all this in a month haha😅 I sacrificed a lot of other things I guess, and I learned a lot about my working style, when I’m most productive, how to my time, etc.👍🏼

I might make a video on this since a few people have asked☺️ But briefly, I guess it really helps to have a portfolio - so that when an opportunity presents itself, you’re ready👍🏼 I got my first gig on fiverr and you can also look at upwork and the usual job portals like indeed and glints☺️ Will elaborate in a future video!☺️
