Technically Que/Wheeljack did but he was then killed too. The autobots new weapons expert is Hound in Age of Extinction. It was likely that Sideswipe assumed second in command to fill Ironhide's place for the Chicago battle.

Arcee, Chromia and Flare up - Killed in battle in Egypt during Revenge of the Fallen. Ironhide, Skid and Mudflap - Killed by Sentinel during Dark of the Moon. Ratchet, Sideswip and Leadfoot - Hunted and poached by Cemetery Wind. Seriously, a big improvement needed for the movies is to show what each bot can do, try to divide screen time equally, and STOP killing off characters in every film. R.I.P. to those Autobot soldiers, some of the bravest and most advanced warriors of fiction. And shout out to boy Jazz, who went down shooting.

Bulldog Baron I checked the Sideswipe Wiki page, which details a lot about him in different Transformers related things. If he's alive, then good, if not, it said he was killed by Cemetery Wind but not much was said about his death. The 4th had a few plot holes, so the question of him living can be one to their advantage. Him living brings in a little more money to the live action Franchise. I hope he is, two Stingrays would be nice or him as a Gallardo, based on his G1 appearance.

Funny when you really pay attention you start to notice things like the driver in the convertible version of sideswipe. Looks like they were trying to make him look like the seat's head rest....

for those of you that dont know those parts you see in ksi labs are not apart of sideswipe its soundwave and possibly jazz maybe but if you see the kill cards there is no red x but hay transformers 5 hasnt come out yet so still time to argue with each other

When Que was giving Ironhide his cannons. I saw Sideswipe in the background. I saw Ironhide, Que/Wheeljack, Ratchet and a silver Transformer far from them who can only be Sideswipe.
