You did an awesome job. You should suggest to the owner, to add the lawn maintenance into the cost of the rent. This is what I do. My rent house always look great! He needs to remember, it’s an investment.

This yard has been neglected for a long time and the way the lot is with the curbs higher than the yard all that water drains towards the house making the dirt collect on the sidewalk. Hard work doing that sidewalk. You can see the house with all the trimming you did on the bushes. The yard looks Awesome now. Bless you for what you do for others.

I can’t even imagine that man out there with his push mower for certain he wouldn’t have done the detailed cleanup that you did. You must have been excited to finally get to the mowing part.That hidden sidewalk was a lot of hard work but you must admit it as well worth it. I like when people arrive where they are needed. Thanks for keeping your eye out. This looks like you actually did a Restart. It is now ready for new tenants, a better standard. The pattern of that yard wasn't "just not mowed before moving". You are clearing the gutter for the whole property distance and redoing the curb edge. The shrubs needed trimming, seed trees in shrubbery several years old..... With no malice, this place had fallen behind. A bit of Landscape Archeology in recovering the front paved area and lost walkway. Liked your work on the fence line, it looked much neater, and the shrubs. As you mowed, the sense of a comfortable home and order really was settling in. That should be much better for the neighborhood and owner. Thanks for sticking-with-it through rain, repeated travel times. The final photos really show how nicely it turned-out.

It is so great that owner was so greatful. M & D mowing in Texas started a lawn. Was looking really great as usual. The owner came by was really rude to them Owner had two violations but owner said he likes it the was it was. Leave get off stop leave. Those two men always do a really great job. There names are Martin and Daniel.
