"Stilm" project #444 walking around Belltown with my Lumix GX8 DSLR in burst mode, and then treating it like time lapse. Procreate was then used to rotoscope over portions of film/stills sequenced (in two clip form). Switching to video for the end capturing the fireworks /drone show at the space needle on New Year's Eve.
