Cherry trees? apple trees! yeah right, depends how many hrs of cold weather? apples are best grown i washington state So, can you build there ? what are the restrictions, AZ is mainly own by native

I live in northern AZ in about 5000 elevation and both cherry and apples grow fine here.

The Sierra Highlands Ranch says this is in Yavapai county but this other site I found shows this exact property in Apache County, exactly where is it?

Near seligman...... lots are well off the beaten path mostly. 4x4 is needed often. Checked out a few of their properties and they are very nice for very little but a long dirt road drive to town and at least an hour to a hospital.

BEWARE OF PROPERTIES LIKE THIS WITH POAs telling you what you can and can not do. So you buy 40 acres in the middle of nowhere and you can't shoot a gun. F'n BS. Make sure you do your research on every aspect of property buying or you may be sorry.

What?? Would not want to be governed by others if I moved out to homestead Sounds like for the rich. Who would want to live by a rich person that is use to controlling others and things. No thanks.
