I really enjoyed your video. Nice photography, easy going pace and the acoustic music really complimented that beautiful Sierra scenery. I think it was well worth enduring that storm at Soldier Lake just to be able to experience that beautiful, peaceful snowfall. I dig it! See ya on the trail.

That was fun to watch! You did a great job putting all the footage together. The "log" rule is very important, glad you followed it. I was cowboy camping at Chicken Spring Lake the exact same night, June 22nd. Garmin weather forecasting isn't that great. You remember those trips the best though.

We just got back from Soldier Lake…we chickened out on Old Army Pass and had to add mileage and elevation to get to New Army Pass. Stayed at Long Lake. We had an extra day on our trip to do a day hike to Upper Soldier Lake. Gorgeous loop and it was fun reliving it through your video, thank you! Were you nervous about bears while eating in your tent? Also, we saw a structure at minute 52, not sure what it was? Great video, you are an inspiration! 💪🏻
