I personally want to thank you and Chris for laying the blueprint on how online kungfu videos should be made. At first it was hard for me because I thought people.were afraid of violent moves, but you show the moves from a "protection" energy. Youre not trying to kill the guy, youre just trying to stop the conflict. And youre actually DOING THE MOVES showing your attributes. From the House of Kungfu, Thank you Adam and Chris 🙏

I think a better question would be can you take internal skill and apply it to other arts. I did 7 Star Mantis for years before doing xingyi. And later when I'd get a wild hair and want to do some mantis sets I'd do them with internal movement. Which is where I think people actually get as they get older perhaps, and not having trained internal arts.
