the gun and the grip mag holder remind me of certain game called CSGO, it has the similar gun called CZ-75 auto, but the difference is that one is based on sear firing system while this one you customly made was open bolt.

ATF defines a machine gun as something that fires more than one round by a single function of the trigger without manually reloading. Since you're not even using the trigger on the sig does it count? You're technically firing the gun with the slide stop.
