Make sure that you constantly have the university researching, since it requires in game hours to do research, so it is important to always have it running. Also, all of the buildings like the blacksmith and sawmill that will lead to everything being automated are gated by research

Hey Sigils, you should build a wall around your entire village colony so that enemies can't get through, and you should patch the cave giant hole so that no one will fall…

Sigils, please don't overdo the work in mine colonies. I saw the bags under your eyes in insane craft videos and I know you haven't slept a lot. That series took a lot out of you with all the crafting, farming, and editing you had to do for the videos. Please, for our sake, don't push yourself like that again. We don't want you to burn out

Hello Fellow Humans, First and the most important thing ever. The Regulars NEEDS to do a serious on Biffle aka Austin getting us GED. Holy cow this actually makes so much sense now. Seriously come on Biffle you can't be an influencer and tell all the kids you don't have a GED or Highschool diploma. Set a good example Austin. Sigils your having the problem I had when first starting MineColonies. They want so much space and eventually they want like a million homes. I had 30+ level 5 homes and I still couldn't hire people because I was running out of homes. Too many kids going to school then growing up then taking jobs and homes without me knowing. The worst part is you can't put beds into buildings for them to use. A few of the buildings I used had tall inside spaces so I manually built upstairs on a few and put a few beds. Yet no one would use them which is stupid because if you are say a blacksmith why wouldn't you sleep in your blacksmith hut. It is very frustrating and then something happened and my Minecraft got corrupted so I lost everything which really sucked. So this time I am leveling a massive amount of land out first before I start. Possibly doing roads first as well. Outlining all the buildings and walls and towers. Just make sure to pay attention to FPS and Updates. I updated and that's when it got corrupted. Also make Biffle and Zud do all the work in your town. Call it a King Tax since you're the king of this server since they aren't logged in. Well keep it up. I want to see towers and walls and every building at level 5. All your soldiers in Nether Armor and Nether weapons. You really should download Storage Drawers and Sophisticated Backpacks and Create. Or at the very least Sophisticated Backpacks, it will make your life so much better. Well have fun and I hope the idiots join so we can hear you all talk crazy to each other. Roads FYI you can just place like a 3 wide stone brick road down yourself and they will use them. But no matter what once you are but enough they just go in-between houses and buildings and do stupid things and run away from you which is super annoying. Also just something to do to save you headaches like I had. Build like a row of 5 homes then flip another row of 5 behind them so you have a housing clump. Because you will soon find out you run out of homes super fast and people super fast. And when you see a person with diamond or Gold boots you want to hire them ASAP but when you have no homes then you might lose them. Which sucks a ton. So check their feet and hire only people with good boots.

The things you learn in a sigils vid

@SIgils, the roads sadly do not give any kind of speed buff, they are just an easy way to place waypoints used to control where the villagers walk on the way to doing their tasks. Edit: I just found out that with some of the roads that they have rail systems that the villagers can use after one of the research upgrades, in which case they can go faster than if they walk.

Be carefull of raders and pirets. Dont get any more than 6 vilagers otherwise you will lose to barbarians. A defencive wall is best for this.
