Added railway bonus, a RailJet for Innsbruck and beyond, a coach set similar to that used to/from Graz, and two locals ready for evening rush hour. To 'do' this journey by rail is possible but about 20% longer distance and probably 1 hour longer.(time table dependent).

Hi, drove also a few years ago on rhe first section of this drive, on the national road 8, between Wattwil and Ricken Pass, was nice to see also the continuation to Glarus, mostly on secondary roads, through a relaxing green landscape. il y a pas mal de trafic, mais la route n'est pas spectaculaire, et, pour être en Suisse, ce sont les lacs qui manquent !

I noticed the Migros sign at the start of your video and have seen it often here before so I looked them up- a very interesting and successful cooperative supermarket chain which most Swiss are members of. Most of their products made by their own company, in Switzerland. If profits get beyond a certain margin, the stores have to drop prices (we should tell that to Mr Weston!!)

I'd love to live in Switzerland (fuer immer ein unerfuellter Wunsch). It is so orderly and neat. If I am wrong, please show me.

Doing some calculations, converting US dollars/Swiss francs and US gallons/liters, I came up with the equivalent of about $8.00 US/gallon for the price of gasoline (petrol) in this beautiful country. Was I somewhere near correct?
