Sign Fairies -Organization Storage. This is a fairly quick overview of how we store all of our letters and all of our themes in our garage so that we can move quickly and swiftly prior to installation. Getting organized with all of your plastic yard letters can be overwhelming and suffocating. Don't let it get you down, there is no "right or wrong" way of getting all of your yard letters organized. You will change it and fine-tune your process along the way. This is really about getting started and then finding out what works for you and what doesn't work for you. Remember this is a process and don't get overwhelmed by it. Keep going through the process regardless of how you may feel about it.

This is awesome, Ren! I love the organization and your tips. I don't have the space now but I'd love to leave stakes in to hang or store. Right now I keep the signs on the boxes they came in and a bin for the stakes. I have long stakes in a rigid cardboard tube and the H stakes in their box. I started a spreadsheet to keep inventory because I know this will get out of hand soon as we're continuing to increase the amount of signs we have and as orders come in quicker. I'll need to know what I have at a quick glance especially if I have multiple orders on the same day. I also shake the signs and wipe them to get the water and dirtiest off. I also wipe the stakes clean too. I started with some wire wool but I've since just used a rag.

I take pictures on the set up and pick up. I compare the two to make sure that there’s nothing missing.

We call it flare! Wooooooo. And where did you get that plastic container in your truck for the HBD letters?

It's Flare... themes! I like flare better actually it makes to sound more creative! :) The plastic holder in the back of my truck is actually a top of a huge plastic container I use in my truck to haul around fire wood. I can't stand spending 7 bucks for a bundle of wood so we cut down our own, stack it, and then put in the back of the truck for campfires. There is nothing like a great, warm FIRE! Other than purchasing your letters or characters from Victory Signs or making them yourself, where else can you purchase? Kinkos? Sign shops?

Amazon, Oriental Trading Company, Big Dot of Happiness. I would think Kinko's and local Sign Shops would work, but they might be pricey.

That is a very very good question. There is a video I did talking about this. When I first started carding I didn't take using IP very seriously, but my view on that had changed. Please do your research before you make a decision on using trademarked items.

Good morning. When I’ve seen these signs in yards, I thought the individuals were buying the signs. Are you stating that the signs are rented for twenty-four hours for $100 per setup? Thanks!

I am. It's a rental celebration sign. No different then renting a room if you are going on a trip. Nope, most people don't sell their signs.
