I actually don't have friends any longer. Turns out we were all toxic. However, some people don't want to change and try to control, and manipulate you when you do change.

I don’t either…. I realized during Covid it was my chance to let go of 3 unhealthy friendships….it’s lonely, but once I realized they were narcs I just couldn’t be involved anymore

I completely went no contact with a narcissist family member 2 months ago. They’ve been texting me on a regular basis, even though I don’t respond. I then blocked their number, and now the flying monkeys are calling/texting trying to get info on me. So sickening, just leave me the hell alone!

I can't afford to lose anymore time. I gave them chance after chance after chance. years of my life. No more. It's over and I'm moving on.

My mother was told this in the 1960’s in a phone call & said she hung up with the most awful lonely feeling ❤️‍🩹 she eventually divorced after a 7 years battle but remarried a father of my classmate who lost his wife 3 years later & they had 15 very happy years together ❤

I haven't had any nightmare/terrors since I had a night terror and woke up yelling and swatty. I REALLY thought was nightmare. Any of you had night terrors & not an normal night mare. Trust me you'll know it if you have, but please 🙏🥺🙏🤞 going hoping to experience it. It REALLY REALLY is called terror and just a nightmare?? NO.

My ex is a narcissist and she is with someone new who happily gives her supply for the last 6 years. I can see that she's struggling to keep her narcissism "controlled" but I am guessing that when they're on their last rope, they can control the external manifestations of narcissism. Now, I understand somewhat about narcisism, I don't mind them as friends but not in my inner circle

I went no contact with my narcissistic sister in June 2020. Since then, she emailed me in early 2023 and, most recently, sent me a letter which I wrote "Refused. Return to Sender" on. So I guess she wants to go back to having a relationship with me again. It's never going to happen. In her smear campaign, she said she doesn't respect me or love me and that she never wants to hear from me again. So she's getting her wish.

Thank you for clarifying how not everyone who upsets you or is unkind is a narcissist. Some posts about this subject are full of people who think that. I think it's almost a buzzword now.

thanks for this, got it down to a fine art with my daughter, just when I think we are good and she being so supportive all hell breaks loose and the monster emerges and so the withdrawal and healing process begins all over again. when will I ever learn. 😪this cycle never ends, yet I love my daughter and she can be such a joy, so sad. I have accepted that it is what it is and I need to keep our relationship as platonic and ever just to be able to see her which is not so often. she will mow me down and turn on me and accuse me of stuff that only goes on in her own head. turning family and friends against me with fabricated stories. i don't fight that battle anymore as family have said they want nothing to do with me. so be it i have peace at last. never thought i would see this day where even outsiders have told me that the family show animosity and ill feeling when talking about me. let them talk, i don't want to know. so I've walked away and now that's a problem. their problem not mine. have followed you for a while Lisa and have a deep understanding of the narcissist and their behaviour. knowledge is power, thank you😊🙏

You hit every point in my situation.. Could not figure out what was going on for yrs. My final bing was when I asked her to please seek help for her anger.. Told me I had the problem not her and said she was sorry i felt upset and angry..

I've gotten so much good advice from you. ❤I knew some of it, but you shock me with your deeper knowledge of it. I even saw certain things in my own personality that made me feel weird. 😂❤well, I noticed that on certain things my ego had a way of getting me mad? Like, I was not acting on anything, but feeling angry when something ridiculous was said, untruths had a way of getting my goat so to speak. Just the dirty tactics some of them use. Trying to get people to believe something about you just to scare you. With our narcissist, he just seeked to ruin by sabotage, misinformation, and accusations, it didn't work, but this guy has absolutely no empathy. So far restraining orders, staying away, and keeping positive have only helped so much. ❤😢the learning helps the most. We appreciate your work. 💯☺️

Great video as always. Allow me to share my conversation with enabling dad. This conversation happened literally 5 mins before I watched this vid. Edad: how come you don’t answer (narc) mom’s morning text? She is the one with money. She can be very helpful to you. You should maintain a good relationship with her. Me: (LOL while wanting to offload years of childhood trauma I’d suffered at her hands but bit my tongue knowing my dad wouldn’t understand anyway) You do you but I ain’t playing that stupid game again.

My partner is 6 planets in Leo. A "natural" narcissist, and has both Saturn and Pluto in Leo which gives him a temper, but a loving, generous man too. Cruel narcissists were abused in childhood, I believe. Natural tendencies get twisted into personality disorders.

I just left my narcissistic father. I'm basically starting all over. However, I was met with threats towards me and my boyfriend. I blocked his number and a third party reached out to me saying he wae concerned for me. The tactics they use are disgusting.

They are subtle about it. The stalking is one way they show they want me back. They are still spending large amounts of time on me. There are ways that I show that I want them gone. I keep changing my devices and updating my cybersecurity. I also placed a police report. I'm waiting for more evidence to file criminal charges. The rise of technology-facilitated gender-based violence would be a good video.

If I'm understanding your question correctly. You're asking if the person calling the other a narcissist is a narcissist. For setting boundaries . It's definitely a tell. . When a person turns on you for setting boundaries (toxic ) I watched my x wife of 20 yrs Turn on people all through the relationship . Including me. For having a difference of opinion about anything. I could never understand it. But then .... I woke up. I was told I was the narcissist Because I was slowly changing the dynamic of our relationship (for the better) I looked into it. And guess what the content lead me to realize she was the narcissist and I divorced her 17 months ago. Just before the end of the relationship my x publicly went after her uncles girlfriend because of envy and jealousy. Calling the uncles girlfriend a narcissist and saying she was doing things for others out of selfish generosity . The level of lack of self accountability is disgusting. Hope my little share helps. My boyfriend has beat and choked me several times. I've always hid this but recently a neighbor heard me screaming while he was punching me and called 911. He was arrested. He called me and said, "thanks for getting me arrested." He said it's my fault he's there because I triggered him. He gets mad at me and screams at me one inch from my ear. He took back some things he gave me and set them on fire. Sometimes I feel he's genuinely sorry so I go back everytime because it feels so good to feel needed by him. I give him money, adoration. He's says he's been faithful to me but I get no sex or intimacy. He'll buy me food, gifts etc. He seems to empathize with me and others. If I disagree with him about anything he is angry and stonewalls me. How do I know if he's unfixable or if I should try to get him help to save our relationship? Please help me. The thought of being without him gives me major anxiety and sadness.

Are you seriously asking whether or not he can change after he has physically emotionally psychologically abused you and has not taken responsibility nor made any changes really? choking a person is putting you at high risk of being murdered. That’s what happens when someone kills. Another person. They are strangled and strangled not choking. You choke on food.
