Meray Sath yeh sab hua hai, meray husband and in laws are like this.... I have two kids and i suffered a lot after my marriage....i was so naive that i never see any red flags and i was having anxiety, depression and panic attacks....he was sick .... first time i took stand for myself and i came back to my parents house with my children.... I'm very happy and hoping for the positive outcomes in my life.... I'm focusing on my goals and careers Alhamdulillah Masha ALLAH...ALLAH opened my eyes

Jazakillah mam. Mai last 5 years se narcissist husband k sath reh rhi hon. Mjhy psycho bnany ki puri kosh ki lekin mery Allah pak ne mjhy barha smbhala. Alhamdulillah. Mujhy pta hi nhi thaa duniya mai aisy zalim log bhi hoty hain. Allah pak ki panah😢😢😢.

Sister, I am in dire need of your help as a victim of my covert narcissist sister. All my life, I’ll remember you in my special prayers. No one believes my words. Every other day, there’s a bloodbath in our house due to her narcissistic behavior. Not only have I been a victim of covert narcissism for the past consecutive 11 years, but I’m also facing multiple health issues, such as OCD, etc because of her. In the present era since TV and social media accessed to all and education one sided without balanced most of the families either (joint or nuclear) going through this trauma by both genders. My advice to all Muslim brothers and sisters who need to visit a sycologist for counselling make sure they have Islamic shariah knowledge as well to guide you properly with the education and experiences of deen and dunya.

My husband and his family . 5 saal tuk m Apny husband ka real face pehnchan hi nh saki even though hr saal pak atay rhay r jub visa process k bad m apny Husband k pas then he showed his real face . 2 face person different in front of me abusing, disrespect, can’t say a single word to him . He just victim of inferiority complex and jealousy even though from his real brother too . Day by day I’m going into depression. I left my job and everything and now regretting 😢😢

There is one way out...one strategy...and that is once you can clearly see and understand what's happening, start taking things impersonally and non-seriously. Just give a shrug off it!!! Don't ever show any emotional reaction.
