The most important thing is to eliminate processed grains! Not just a gluten free diet, but a processed-grain-free diet. Try it and see how much better you feel. Also take B12 daily in the form of methylcobalamin.

Taking a folic acid supplement instead of a methylated version was the worst thing I've ever done to my health - it was 4mg prescription folic acid to correct a deficiency and it fucked me hard.

That's what I had been taught 10 years ago, but now I just found out the CDC is claiming MTHFR doesn't have any effect and people with the mutations can still process folic acid just fine. Now holistic doctors are not testing for MTHFR, and are not educating their patients about it, just quietly prescribing methylated vitamins without telling them why. I'd bet the AMA is prohibiting it, just like they muzzled doctors from talking about the covid "vaccine" injections.

Don't want to be unkind, but eating gluten free (GF) in part is worthless. You need to be totally GF, or your body won't stop making the gluten antibodies. I encourage you to take this next step. Many of us eat totally GF. Wishing you strong health in the future.

Yes, and being ultimately told by everyone that it did not happen and it that is my fault while they put me up as savior as they do everything possible to pull me under; treated like it is karma punishment even though I have no past lives because I am from the silent field of light where time does not exist or the sea of souls as some call it...I will not be returning to the Earth in physical form there are better ways perhaps of helping people besides being one of them. For now I need to stay far away from all these fools and get me a methylated b- complex. The greatest revenge is to be unlike the enemy 💚

Looking back to my childhood, I can see a lot of red flags as an adult. Didn't have epilepsy or any learning disability that I am aware of. I did however have a lot of anxiety, the occasional panic attacks. Air hunger, etc etc.. I've always been a poor sleeper. My Mom used to tell me that as a baby, I rarely ever took naps. I've struggled with insomnia on and off for years. As a child, I also had chronic sinus infections and two sinus surgeries by the age of 8. Allergies, food intolerances, and at one point, even displaying asthmatic symptoms, but somehow I overcame that.

Some people say that MTHRA is no big deal. You can treat it or not. 47 just had genetic testing and I have it. I have Hashimoto’s, anxiety, moodiness, depression, early menopause, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. What the hell! All I needed to do is take a supplement and eat more vegetables. They should test newborn’s for this. I start taking methylfolate on Monday after talking to my doctor. Very important to talk to your doctor first.

Why can't we just get those giant currupt multibillion dollar corporations to stop spraying our grains and adding to other foods. In this case, it's a lobby by the food additive industry since they don't want people to stop eating their products that have synthetic folic acid ingredients. BTW, I am also homozygous and learned the pathways 12 years ago before all this censorship got started. Oh, and I was also trained in biochemistry and was a bench scientist in the pharmaceutical industry, so I know what I'm talking about and know that you do not.
