UPDATE! it took 5 months and 15 days to get approved for my first one,and 5 months and 16 days on my second one! @@SilencerCo You know I looked at supressors a few years ago and did not follow through, for one I feel the ATF stamp is criminal and second process was too painful. But I have to say I just visited a local shop (Cajun Gun And Gear) near my home and the SilencerCo kiosk made it so easy to apply for I had to try it That and the people at the shop were so helpful that it was much less painful (less the tax stamp) than I'd imagined. The sooner you start the clock, the sooner you can take it home. Some dealers will allow you to use your can at their range while you’re waiting for Uncle Sam’s permission slip. After your first tax stamp approval, any subsequent stamps will process much faster because your previous approvals will already be listed on file.

@@VegasMikeP229 You don't NEED one, as the 9mm bore is bigger than the 5.7 bore. But if they offer a .224 diameter plate for the Octane, then in theory you would receive a slightly better decibel reduction.

Chimera 300 or Omega 300. Both will perform well. The Chimera has no barrel restrictions in case you ever plan on shortening the barrel.

I was wondering that too. How the fuck did that get approved so fast? I shouldn't bitch since I filed a form 1 for a short barrel shotgun in October 2022. It cleared in literally 10 days. My form 4 for a 22 gsl woodland suppressor? I am a couple days over 13 months now.

Many 9mm suppressors are in fact compatible with sub sonic 300blk. Check with the manufacturer if it can handle supersonic and what barrel length restrictions might exist. For instance, our Spectre 9 is compatible with sub sonic 300blk in full auto and supersonic 300blk semi auto with barrel lengths of 7'' and up.

The Octane 45 can be used with 10mm.
