Silent Knight: The Rescue of a California Sea Lion

10 жыл бұрынYouth volunteer Sam Noble produced this documentary about Silent Knight, a California Sea Lion that was blinded by gunshot. The animal was rescued by The Marine Mammal Center, nursed back to health, and placed in a new home at the San Francisco Zoo.

It's great that, when an animal can't be released because of dissability, that a permanent home can be found where they can serve as ambassadors for their species, helping to show other Humans just how awesome Sea Lions are! :)

Hey the Sea Lion pool is much to shallow for the Sea Lions to swim around in.
