Steps:
1. Tie in thread
2. Wrap to even with barb
3. Tie in an even mix of both colors of saddle feather fibers
4. Tie in tinsel on the near side of the hook, gold side out
5. Create generous dubbing noodle, dub a body to 75%
6. Counter-wrap tinsel to 75%, tie off and trim excess
7. Tie in fox tail wing
8. Tie in yellow saddle, wrap to form hackle
9. Tie in hot pink saddle, wrap to form hackle
10. Tie off white thread, tie in black thread
11. Create a nice black thread head
12. 4-5 turn whip finish
13. Add head cement to thread head and let dry
