Order is ingrained in the western brain which isn't a bad thing but what they should understand is that it's really not difficult to replicate that anywhere in the world as you see in this video, it's just a choice. Western looking is considered progress but people used to flock to these streets even in the 80's or 90's when it wasn't so western looking, buildings had no flashy exterior & the streets weren't cobblestoned with proper footpaths on either sides.

Smelly streets, people throwing thrash on footpath, street vendors enchroaching footpaths, never ending construction works, etc. Ever been through silk board traffic? Ever been in rrnagar bottleneck? Ever drove beside the Kengeri mori? Ever been to KR market via satellite? Ever been through Baiyappanahalli traffic? Fųc,k this city
