@@CanItAlready I agree, but even shitty or good self-help for most part is a great tool to allow you to think. I used to be very suicidal, as this runs deep into my family. I would just sleep hoping that I would be dead in the morning. The thing that helped me the most, was merely setting an alarm for the things I felt would be important in my life. I set an alarm to wake up first. Then I thought, well I should eat too. So I basically gave myself reminders of why life is~ special to me, and now I have a good job. I'm losing weight, and I have a much more positive outlook on my life. Of course it's not all thanks to technology, but it really helped me out. It forced me to set goals, so I could have the ambition to set further goals in the future.
