HilltopGemini I still use it about once a month when I want a deep exfoliation. It has definitely improved the texture of my skin but I also use other skincare tools/products to keep my skin healthy.

@@carladiaz2220 the Clarisonic has a completely different purpose. I use the Clarisonic daily to cleanse my skin. There are different brush head attachments that you can purchase for different purposes like massaging the eye area, jaw, exfoliating, etc. This tool is only intended for an at home microdermabrasion. I love both but I use the Clarisonic daily and this only 1-2x a month for a deep exfoliation.

Is it supposed to light up when it’s charging? I don’t see anything indicating that mine is charging (just got it). Thanks!

Did you figure it out?? I just bought mine and left it to charge all night but it still doesn’t turn on!!!

@@okserasera Hey! Yes! I contacted customer service and he told me to plug the USB cable directly into the Silk’n device instead of using the charger. I think their chargers are cheaply made or something because clearly I’m not the only one who’s had issues. Hope it works out for you!

Liyah I still use it about once a month when I want a deep exfoliation. It has definitely improved the texture of my skin but I also use the Clarisonic everyday with my cleanser which is why I don’t use this product frequently. The Ordinary has a Lactic Acid serum that I used that has also cleared up the texture of my skin. Hope this helps.

Karen G26 day or night. But I only use it 1-2x a month. I wouldn’t recommend using too often. Maybe once a week to see how your skin reacts to it & then 2x a week.
