I guess he said so because it looks very bullish. I also believe it is still a bullish market unless it goes down below 28.

You can short, but he's saying it's risky and he wouldn't advice doing it. If you do it, it's very short term.

Yes but we still need to look at the trend lines. The first one is being broken, the next stand at 28.13, if it's broken, I believe we could test the 200 MVA which is close to $24
