Just got my hammer handpiece today, and I’ve been working on getting more comfortable setting faceted stones. I never would have recognized this as flush-set, but it makes sense! Now I need to try to build one on the same principle.

Just a word of cation though, keep the hammer handpiece away from the stone itself. It's easy to crack stones. Dave

That's a lovely thing to say. Yes sometimes I focus on a tool but I always try to show it being used to do something. I dislike videos where people review tools they clearly haven't used. Other times I am showing the technique, but I also explain the tools I'm using to do it. It a great to hear that someone has noticed that. Thanks for watching. Dave

I have never seen a ring being peeled before. *LOL* Come to think of it, I was actually gifted one of those handsets a long time ago and never used it... I think I will give it a try after seeing this. Thanks!

Its a standard fitting so It will fit other flex shafts with the snap fitting (or Slip joint fitting also available) . But ideally, you do need the power of the Foredom motor to run it. Dave

what's up Dave... I see the Crows Hotel and the laundry but can't find your shop?? where are you exactly - wanted to stop in and look at some mens rings - are you to the left or right of the hotel because 12 King Street looks like the laundry since the hotel is 10 King Street - please let me know - thanks
