This vide shows two very simple and aggressive double stick patterns, Backhand-Forehand (or inward) and the Double Slash .
Gross motor skill options are important to train because when you are in an adrenalized state, your physiology changes in order to handle dangerous situation and one of the effects is you have greater access to gross motor skills. Large movements that can be a little "rough" but very powerful.
The techniques we show you here fit that bill perfectly!
